Kolk is situated in southwest of Berlin, in the old district „Spandau”, which has kept its first historical outward appearance with the medieval touch through the decades.

The building was constructed in 1876 in the classical style. Our small apartment house consisting of 8 apartments has arisen here after lavish restoration and bringing the building up-to-date in the February 2008. Kolk befindet sich im Südwesten von Berlin, im alten Bezirk Spandau, welches durch die Jahrzehnte hinweg seine ursprüngliche historische Erscheinung mit mittelalterlicher Note beibehielt.

Das Gebäude wurde 1876 nach klassischer Bauart errichtet. Im Februar 2008 entstand hier nach aufwendiger Restaurierung und Modernisierung unser kleines Apartment- Haus mit 8 Apartments. Wir haben uns bemüht, den besonderen Charme des vergangenen Jahrhunderts zu bewahren, die alte Bausubstanz zu erhalten und sie durch geschmackvolle Kombination mit modernen Elementen aufzufrischen.
